Very friendly atmosphere and staff. I really enjoyed my massage person as he is friendly, very professional and experienced in his craft. He does a great job and I only prefer him. He knows my body and he listens as to what is going on with my body. So he know what to address

I just had my first stretch last week, and it was just what I needed! I feel much more flexible, and many of my minor aches and pains are much improved. Highly recommend!

Definitely something you want to add to your self care routine! I like how calm my body is after which last for days. It was my first time and the stretch was good. I purchased a Groupon for 3 sessions 40 minutes each. If I'm not mistaken it's the Elite Stretch. I immediately felt a generous amount of relief. I have two more sessions so I'll be back to update.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations
