“What an experience!!! 15 April 2023 I can still not believe that I did it, but I took my first Ice Plunge! My plunge started with shock and panic to the ice cold water and emotion almost took over BUT when that mental change came it was as if a switch went on and I was calm and enjoying the experience. My reaction of stress control during the week after the plunge has been so much more focused and in control!! I will definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone! I am so grateful! Thank you Dr Travis and team”
