“At minus 85 degrees, you are very well looked after and cared for. The cold itself is very soothing. After the cold session, you feel very fresh and recovered. Since I have been continuously undergoing the treatment for a longer period, I can say that my pain has been greatly reduced and I only very rarely need to resort to painkillers. My skin condition has also significantly improved. Yes, at the beginning I was a little worried that it would be too cold for me, but it's a dry cold and it's easy to bear. Also, at first, I wasn't entirely convinced that my pain would lessen, but after just a few weeks you notice…”
