“At minus 85 degrees, you are very well looked after and cared for. The cold itself is very soothing. After the cold session, you feel very fresh and recovered. Since I have been continuously undergoing the treatment for a longer period, I can say that my pain has been greatly reduced and I only very rarely need to resort to painkillers. My skin condition has also significantly improved. Yes, at the beginning I was a little worried that it would be too cold for me, but it's a dry cold and it's easy to bear. Also, at first, I wasn't entirely convinced that my pain would lessen, but after just a few weeks you notice…”
“After several visits to the cold chamber, my months of neck pain are gone. I can tolerate the dry cold better than I thought and am now up to over 5 minutes. A positive side effect is also the absolute relaxation afterwards. Daily stress and tension dissolve in the cold. A hot tea in a cozy atmosphere rounds off the visit. With the 10-session card, I have a good price for the treatment, and after consulting with my health insurance, a large part of the costs is even covered. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Claudia and her team and can only recommend a visit.”
“On September 23, 2024, I was in the cold chamber for the first time . On September 25, I tried the lymphatic massage. On September 26, I was in the cold chamber for the 2nd time. On October 14, I was in the cold chamber for the 3rd time, now I've bought a 5-session card for the cold chamber. Next week I've booked two appointments directly, one cold chamber and one lymphatic massage, I'm looking forward to it. I feel very comfortable at minus85. The care is really top-notch, Claudia (the owner) is super sweet and very competent. The drinks are super delicious. I feel very well taken care of here and I will keep coming back.”
