What guests report
★★★★★ 4.8 / 5 (143 reviews)
“A very impressive facility! I booked the short ice bath session and it was great — a cold, clean ice bath with a private shower and private change room. Upon arrival I was given a welcoming tour my the manager who was very friendly. I also met the owner who was a lovely person. After my ice bath they treated me to a hot cup of ceremonial cacao! I would definitely come here again. As an Australian who owns my own ice bath back home I have high standards, and I must say this place delivers in every way!”
“The best place for Cold plunges in Colombia!! Five star service Call this place my second home”
“It's an experience I highly recommend to anyone who wants to raise awareness and change their habits. The feeling of getting out of the ice water is indescribable, and the group sessions are simply amazing—the preparation leads to a level of relaxation worthy of such a location! 10/10”
