NRG Haus | Social Wellness Club

“First time experiencing this place! It’s way bigger than it looks from the outside. Prices are decent for the quality, and the staff were all really nice. The whole place has such a chill vibe I love the design so much! They have lockers, changing rooms, sauna, showers, ice baths, towels, and even massage options while you’re in the sauna. There’s also a chill bar area which I really liked. I’d probably prefer going on a weekday with fewer people since it was a bit busy, but overall still a great experience!”

“NRG Haus is hands down the best wellness studio I have ever visited. The premium, state-of-the-art facilities immediately set a luxurious tone, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.A massive shoutout to Alex, whose warm energy made our visit truly unforgettable. Alex took incredible care of my friend and me, guiding us step-by-step through our first session with patience and clear expertise. The entire staff and community were so incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. You go in thinking it is just a simple contrast therapy session, but you leave with a whole community of people who deeply value and prioritize wellness.I was also deeply impressed by how incredibly clean and meticulously sanitized the entire space was. Every station looked spotless and pristine. They even have a great selection of mocktails available, which is such a thoughtful, premium touch. We will definitely be back!”

“I had the opportunity to host a private event at NRG Haus with my brand and it was an awesome experience!!! The staff are super kind, sharp and professional. Management on point. My guests had a wonderful experience! Thank you guys! Highly recommended.”
