“I was in town for work and found this gym, and I honestly wish we had one like it back home in Texas. The atmosphere was incredible. The music kept the energy high, and the gym had everything you could ask for—plenty of heavy weights, benches, and top-quality equipment. I took a HYROX class with Coach Marcello. It was my first time and really enjoyed it, the work out was tough and the group that worked out was a great group of people that kept the energy positive. It was a really enjoyable workouts I’ve done. Marcello and Karol are outstanding coaches. They push you, encourage you, and make the classes fun while helping everyone get the most out of the workout. The coffee bar and smoothies were excellent, and the red light sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to recover afterward. Definitely try the espresso and get a second one for good luck. The facility was spotless, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and you can tell they take pride in creating a great community. I also picked up one of their hats and a shirt for myself and my wife both are excellent quality with awesome designs. I’ll definitely be back this week a few times and the next mmm time I’m in town. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an incredible place to train and recover”
