“I just discovered that we have a Pause in Tampa - and I’m so grateful! I had been to a Pause in LA but didn’t realize we had one here in Tampa. I’m an avid floatation therapy girlie. I haven’t been able to find a float place in Tampa for the last few years, so I’m so grateful to have this option. I used floats about 2x per week for several years to overcome chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and autoimmunity. It was a game changer for my health. I still like to do them periodically to help with stress relief, sleep, cognition, and relaxation. They also have sauna, cold plunge, cryo therapy, compression boots, IV therapy, and red light. I come in to this location from Winthrop in Riverview. It’s worth the drive!”

I tried the Float therapy and was amazed at the calm that settled over me when I closed the pod. The private rooms, complete with shower, made it easy to de-stress. There were so many thoughtful amenities to complete the experience! From the fluffy towels to the high-end shampoo and conditioner, Pause has thought of everything to make every experience special. I highly recommend the Discovery Package so you can get the full experience before deciding on a membership. I found the memberships reasonable and flexible, easily allowing for customization.”
