“I've been to Fire & Ice twice so far and could not be happier - I bought the membership. There is nothing quite like a wood fire, and the smell of the wood the sauna is built from is really nice. They keep the sauna good and hot (200+°F/100+°C). The cold plunge is the perfect temperature - about 50°F/10°C. Towels and sauna hats are provided. They even have couches and stuff for you to chill on in between sessions if you want. The owner, Alex, is awesome. Everything is super clean and well-maintained. Thank you, Fire & Ice for creating such an amazing space for relaxation and recovery.”
“There’s no better remedy for your body than Fire & Ice! The sauna is a great detox that opens your pores; the cold plunge releases chemicals to boost your immune system and stimulate your organs! It goes without saying that there will be shrinkage; I personally like the warm lip/tongue treatment shortly after. (Females only need apply)”
“Just had the most amazing experience at Fire + Ice this morning. The owner, Sheldon, is a master of this craft! The outdoor aspect of this facility is incredible. To be able to lay in the sun after cold plunging is truly a heaven-like experience and cannot be matched by indoor spots, regardless of how bougie they make them. The wood-fired sauna is by far superior to electric ones, not only does it not make an annoying humming noise, the wood smell is very grounding and relaxing. The crackling sound of the fire relaxes you even further. The outdoor cold plunges allow you to feel the sun and the wind, and also see the sky and the beauty of nature around you. The sound of traffic is also a plus you wouldn't expect and is very relaxing in the tub. Afterwards you can jump on a trampoline to warm up and then lay in the sun to fully relax. It is a truly epic experience that is unmatched. The collaboration between St. Pete Calisthenics and Fire + Ice is one of the greatest in Tampa Bay! The staff is a group of compassionate, loving, and unbelievably fit and skilled individuals that are each helpful and inspirational in their own unique way. Where else can you find people doing acro yoga like Cirque Sole' performers, others breakdancing, and be invited to a sound bath that cleanses the soul? I love this place, it has changed my life for the better each time I go. The clientele are equally special, everyone is willing to open up and listen. You are surrounded by friends the moment you arrive. Please, do yourself a favor and go see Sheldon at Fire +Ice. Your body and mind will thank you.”
