The Studio on Central | Sauna & Cold Plunge

“The Studio is a gem! Super clean, well kept, and just that calm- good feel from the moment you walk in. Having Clearlight saunas is a huge highlight, I knew I found my spot for sauna and longevity/recovery sessions. They invested in high-quality equipment instead of cutting corners and setting up just any brand that could have high EMF or less efficient panels. (Note: they also have a traditional sauna as well. I just prefer infrared saunas) I’ve included photos of their infrared saunas. The red light therapy add-on is a must - additional light spectrums for recovery and restoration. You get the best in one session and the heat really gets up there. I’m a huge fan of red light overall and you can’t beat the quality and pricing The Studio offers in SP. The monthly membership is priced super well for near red light and sauna sessions. Everyone I recommend The Studio to always comments how they wished they started going there earlier and considers it their oasis for recovery and longevity. Grab a LMNT salt packet at the front desk, drop it in your jug with their filtered water on site, enter your personal sauna session and let your body relax- you deserve it.”

“This is, in my opinion the BEST place to go for sauna and cold plunge! It is always meticulously clean and the service is excellent! I really enjoy the addion of the traditional sauna and cold plunge by the new owner, Patrick as well as his commitment to ensuring everyones experience meets expectations. Jane Gordon”
