“Very relaxing experience and helpful staff. Will be coming back!”
“I have been waiting for this place to open up for months and in its opening weekend it did not disappoint! The facility is very clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful (thank you Ashley, Sophia, Katie, Frances and Bella!), and the range/value of the offerings are great. They have the biggest float tanks and cold plunge tubs I have ever seen, which I appreciate! I will definitely be a frequent visitor!”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
