R1SE Urban Spa & Studio

“I had my first visit to R1se Sheffield and it was absolutely amazing. I tried the ice bath, sauna, red light therapy, and oxygen therapy sessions, and I genuinely learned so much in just one visit. Chris and Jen were incredibly helpful so cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional in everything they do. They made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and impressed. They truly excelled in every category when it comes to first impressions. Plus, they have a lovely selection of teas to enjoy, which was such a nice touch”

“R1SE is a sanctuary of genuine care and holistic healing. This wellbeing centre is so much more than a sauna & studio it’s a sanctuary built on real intention, compassion and a deep understanding of what true healing feels like. From the moment you walk in you can sense the authenticity behind everything they do. The team here genuinely cares. You feel it in the way they welcome you, guide you and hold space for your experience. Their knowledge of holistic healing is incredible, but it’s their sincerity and grounded presence that make the biggest difference. You leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected not just relaxed but restored. The sauna facilities are immaculate and thoughtfully curated, creating an environment where you can truly switch off and let your body do the work it’s meant to do.”

“I had the BEST time at R1SE for my Hen Party in February! We did one of the experiences - so did a Chill class with Jen, breath work with Chris and then a guided sauna and ice bath session! Some of the girls had massages with Gosia which they said were fabulous! Such a fun thing to do and definitely helped with some of the first night hangovers!!! Thanks so much R1SE team!!!”
