What guests report
★★★★★ 4.7 / 5 (8431 reviews)
“The Spa and the massage there are excellent. The different types of saunas, cold and warm pools, outdoor and indoor. All of it was amazing! Special thanks goes to Anja the masseuse. I did a deep tissue and her skil goes deep. Excellent place. If I'm ever in Split again, I would definitely choose this experience again. BTW, restaurants here are top notch as well!”
“Very nice hotel. The breakfast is good with attentive service. I liked our balcony even though it was too hot to be outside much. Good location. The outdoor pool was beautiful and the Pool Bar was good, with decent food and great service. It was possible to get a sunbed by the pool even if you came around 11 or 12 noon. Close to downtown- take Uber not taxi or you will get scammed. Minuses- elevators are slow and ended up waiting a lot for that. Impossible to get a "free" beach chair unless you come very early. The Mistral lounge/club is very expensive, loud, and not that good.”
“The location is great but the service by the pool and beach does need some work. Breakfast at The Fig is excellent but not so great during lunch time. Dishes can be hit or miss. For lunch we liked the cheese burger but did not particularly enjoy the garlic shrimp and margarita pizza. For dinner you are better off trying Triton restaurant for some excellent seafood with a view. The pool area is nice but the service is hit or miss. The free beach are is rocky but the one managed by Mistral Beach Club is public beach that still be used without buying any cabana or chairs. As far as rooms are concerned, our sea view suite was spacious and well appointed but there was no true sea view for the price we paid. They had construction right across from our balcony. That is the major inconvenience because the construction started at 7:30am. Otherwise it is a great hotel to relax in.”
