“Very impressed! we decided give this a go more for the test of mental strength but there are a long list of health benefits also. Lady on reception was lovely and showed us around. The facilities are spotless. We managed 4 rounds of the sauna and did every ice bath. Only advice I can give it get straight in them , don’t just dip your toe in! We are definitely looking to return. Thank you for the experience .”
