“I have decided to write this review because we were very Good surprised about this retreat. Me and my husband, we were in a holiday in Bodrum and With a quick look, we take a very quick decision but a very wise one to come here in this retreat all the service are top more than five star service you can find in this retreat. The kitchen it’s raw vegan but not boring at all when the people think grow vegan they think everything it’s boring. The chef in the kitchen has a very beautiful and complex imagination. The food is perfect in the reception. They are very helpful., Cleaning service is 10+ And the whole employees of this retreat, they are nice, respectful and very private. So I do recommend together with my husband for all the people that they are looking quiet time that they are looking to find themselves spiritually and mentally and more important when they are looking a healthy body me and my husband we highly recommend this retreat here you have everything what you need for a healthy lifestyle plus I must say they have some IVs protocols and so many treatments that they will help you straightening your health. When your motto Is to have a healthy body and a healthy mind and spirit then you can come here! “I completed a 6-day stay at TheLifeCo, following the Green Juice and Green Master Juice programs. I'm very happy with the results, by the end of the week, I felt significantly less bloated, my energy levels were much higher, and my skin looked absolutely amazing. It was the perfect reset. Pre-Arrival: The professionalism starts before you even arrive. They schedule an online consultation with a wellness coach to explain the program and help you prepare your body in advance. It gave me a chance to ask plenty of questions and felt very personalized. Communication via WhatsApp was constant and helpful, and the airport transfer they arranged was seamless. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized, with my nurse and wellness coach appointments pre-scheduled so I knew exactly what to expect. Accommodation: I stayed in Fire 2, which was a lovely, tranquil space. It was exceptionally clean and tidy—the housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for being so wonderful and thorough. The Room: Comfortable bed, a TV, and a very peaceful view of the gardens. You are provided with an endless supply of herbal teas and water, which is essential. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality natural soaps and hair products. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, the WiFi was not good at all so try your best not to work while there and instead relax and get some reading done. The Program & Spa Facilities The schedule is "full-on," which I actually found helpful to keep my mind busy. While the first few days were fine, the hunger did become a challenge toward the end. However, sticking with it to the finish was incredibly rewarding. Treatments: I highly recommend booking treatments to support the detox. I had both Lymphatic Drainage and Aromatherapy massages; they were excellent. Daily Activities: The yoga classes were a great way to start the day. I also took full advantage of the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and salt room, all of which were top-notch and added a lot of value to the overall experience. Overall Recommendation If you are looking for a highly professional, supervised detox and cleanse, I cannot recommend TheLifeCo enough. It is a challenging but deeply rewarding experience that delivers visible results. I will definitely be returning.”
