“Vidavii in Mayfair has very quickly become one of my favourite places in London for smart, efficient recovery and longevity-focused treatments. Their 30-minute circuit is honestly genius — you get massage, lymphatic drainage, cryotherapy, infrared sauna with ionized air, and light therapy all in one flow, without feeling rushed. For anyone who is busy but still wants real results, this format is exactly what London needs. What I love most is how you arrive and immediately start with the massage bed — such a thoughtful entry point. It calms your nervous system right away, so the rest of the circuit lands much deeper. The whole interior is beautiful, warm, and elegant without being clinical; you walk in and your body already knows it can relax and recharge. The team is also genuinely lovely and very professional. The customer journey is smooth every single time — I’ve been several times now and never had an issue with scheduling or timing. It always feels exclusive and personalised, not mass-market. They even adjust the sequence to you, which makes it feel tailored rather than “one size fits all.” And what really sets Vidavii apart is that it’s one of the very few biohacking-style clinics that actually tries to take a more objective, quantified approach to wellbeing — which is fantastic. A very cool extra right now: you can get your nails done as an additional service for free — and not just a basic manicure, but 3D-printed nails, which is such a fun, futuristic touch. Definitely worth taking advantage of that offer while it’s available. And if you want to go a bit deeper, try their NeuroVisor along the sequence — it adds this light/psychedelic-style experience that makes the whole circuit even more immersive. I honestly can’t recommend Vidavii more. Everyone should try the circuit at least once and see how much you can get out of just 30 minutes.”
“Absolutely loved the wellness circuit, I cannot recommend this Vidavii enough. I felt so rejuvenated and uplifted afterwards and it lasted for days!! The 'Freeze' and 'Squeeze' has really helped my knee issue by taking down the inflammation! The team are fantastic and super informed about health. I'll definitely be back !!”
“Loved my experience at Vidavii. I was visiting from the US and went to check it out and decided to go again the next day! It is a small place that packs a punch! I’m so intrigued with the idea of body hacking that I couldn’t wait to try it. I started with the body scan which gave great data similar to the data I get from Dexa body scans in the US. I did each of the treatments in the circuit of 3 - breathe with infrared light, freeze with cryo and squeeze with compression for lymphatic system. I also was given the special treatment of the massage waterbed with lights, sounds, smell and just an amazing experience! My friend has been doing the circuit once a week for 15 weeks and has seen noticeable improvement in body composition based on updated scans. I wish I lived in London, I would be there all the time!!”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
