“I arrived at the ice and breath baths not knowing what to expect, and I left with a feeling of crazy energy, calmness and an atmosphere that is difficult to explain in words. The place itself is of a very high standard, clean, invested and creates a professional but also very pleasant and inclusive experience. I must especially mention Ado, an amazing guide. He managed to make the whole group feel comfortable, explain in a super professional and interesting way, while at the same time maintaining a light and fun atmosphere. You can see that he really lives the field and cares about each participant. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get out of their comfort zone, experience something different and do good for both body and mind. I will definitely come back again”
