Cryo Fitness Hub

“Superb massage. Cliodhna took time to talk with me before the massage and was able to target the areas that have been giving me problems. She gradually increased the pressure, maintaining comfort whilst progressing to a really deep massage. She targeting my knotted muscles and knew exactly which ones needed extra attention. I'm moving a lot more freely a day later. I highly recommend Cliodhna's massages.”

“I've had persistent upper back/neck pain, and a combination of rest and exercises had only limited success. I reached out to Cryo Hub to see if they could help. Cliodhna went through a detailed history of issues, timelines and possible causes (lifetime of sedentary jobs, other injuries, etc.), and what I have been doing to address these so far. This was followed by an initial assessment to confirm main areas to address or rule out and then a deep tissue massage. Advised that this would have a degree of discomfort but constantly checked throughout that I was ok. After the session we chatted through potential next steps, some additional exercises, etc. Very satisfied with the session and plan to return in a month for a follow. Highly recommend. Updated service review - returned after previous session to review progress. Most issues have significantly improved. Need to keep following advice and exercises. An additional issue was reviewed (back cramps on long walks) - discussed additional exercises. Had another deep tissue massage session which was, again, really beneficial.”

“Cliodhna was recommend to me by a few people from my running club after I completed the Norn Iron 100..Needless to say my legs were in bits going in but after a sports massage from Cliodhna I left feeling human again..She also gave me some great advice on how to deal with a recurring injury that has proven highly effective to this day..An all round Professional knowledgeable and friendly outfit i highly recommend..thanks again Cliodhna keep up the good work”
