“We had a great experience! The facilities were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Our favorite part was definitely the cold plunge. Even though it doesn’t have ice, the water stays at around 4°C, which is perfect for post-run recovery. After a long run, it was exactly what we needed, especially followed by the sauna. We’ll definitely be back!”
“A lovely sauna complex. You can choose between wood-fired and electric saunas. There are changing rooms, numerous showers, relaxation areas, and ice baths with various temperatures, including two freezing cold ones at 4°C. This is the best sauna complex I've been to in Ireland so far. The temperature was perfect for me, it wasn't too hot or too cold, as I was there early in the morning. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, showed me around the entire complex and recommended the perfect ice bath for me. I'd happily visit again when I'm in the area!”
“4 saunas with “lounge rooms”, 4 cold plunges, showers, lockers, changing facilities and always very friendly people who work there - this is such an amazing facility! I’ve been a big fan of these saunas from the early weeks of their opening. I’ve been a regular sauna user since 2019 and have tested various saunas. Sallynoggin Saunas give a great value for money,l and consistency excellent service. The location is great and there is plenty of parking nearby. I’ve been here over 10 times and will keep returning weekly! Thank you for being excellent on all fronts - keep it up!”
