“I am an amateur boxer from the United States and I did a one month fight camp in Tokyo with Puma Toguchi Boxing Gym, which is sponsored by Cryo Tokyo. Despite the hard, two-a-day workouts at the gym, the cryotherapy offered by Cryo Tokyo was extremely beneficial! After doing the 3 minute cryotherapy treatment, my aches and soreness would feel much better and my energy levels increased. I also felt that I slept better and my body recovered faster during my training sessions once I did the cryotherapy treatments. The studio is very clean and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, they check your blood pressure and have you denote any preexisting conditions to prevent unwanted complications from the procedure. They provide a changing area, slippers, and gloves to keep your hands and feet warm and protect the extremities during cryotherapy. Overall, I highly recommend this treatment and the studio for travelers who are jet lagged and sore from flying, athletes who want to recover faster and feel fresher, or anyone who wants to lose weight: the treatments burn anywhere from 500-800 calories at a time, helping you stay lean and lowering your body fat!”
“Transformative experience – Science meets high-level expertise I have posted over 100 reviews on Google Maps, and this is the very first time I have ever given a 5/5 rating to any location. Cryo Tokyo truly deserves it. I had my first PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) session today, and the results are honestly beyond my expectations. As someone who pays close attention to data and physiology, I was impressed by how immediate the effects were. From the very first session, I felt a profound shift in my mood and a sense of internal harmony. It feels as though my organs and cellular energy have been completely 'recharged.' I left the center feeling genuinely joyful, calm, and physically revitalized. What makes this place unique is the expertise behind it. Michael is a former professional boxer, and he has a deep, practical understanding of human physiology and recovery at a cellular level. He doesn't just provide a service; he understands exactly how to optimize the body for both physical and mental resilience. If you are looking for cutting-edge recovery technology combined with elite-level professional insights, I cannot recommend Cryo Tokyo enough. A true game-changer for stress management and overall vitality. I am already looking forward to my next session.”
“I’m an mma fighter from the USA fighting in Tokyo this weekend and to stop by Tokyo Cryp to see these guys before getting in the octagon! PEMF is a game changer! I highly recommend it! Staff was awesome too!”
