What guests report
★★★★★ 4.4 / 5 (77 reviews)
“I visited after the renovation and enjoyed it more than I expected. Since men and women can enter together and chat, it's perfect for a date. You can play your favorite music on the large speakers, creating a space that feels like a private concert venue for two. The sauna is hot and effective even in a short time, and the free ice in the cold plunge pool is fantastic. There's also a jet bath and cold showers from the ceiling, allowing you to fully relax. It offers a truly unique experience, making it highly recommended for those looking for a special time.”
“This place feels like "sauna + a little activity." The private rooms with music playing, allowing you to enjoy the space alone or with someone else, were a refreshing experience. The sauna room is in a tatami-style seating area, making it incredibly comfortable to relax while still sweating profusely. The self-löyly (sauna steam) feature is also a great option, ensuring complete satisfaction. The space allows for conversation, making it ideal for couples. The combination of ice water and cold showers from the ceiling is quite intense, but the resulting feeling of mental clarity is addictive. This "range" of sensations contributes to the overall complete experience. Another impressive aspect was the safety; staff are always present and provide thorough explanations of usage, making even the more intense sauna experience feel safe. There's no pressure to do anything you don't like, and the ability to enjoy it according to your own preferences was a plus. This is completely different from a typical sauna date; it's a truly memorable experience, and I'd love to return.”
“I use this facility regularly. Whenever I feel sluggish, just going to the sauna relieves my discomfort. It also improves my overall health, so I find it very useful. I can stretch and massage without worrying about others, which helps loosen my muscles. (Even the therapist at my regular massage salon is pleased, saying that my fascia is easier to release after using the sauna.) I used to dislike high-temperature saunas, but applying lotion to my shoulders and fingertips protects them, preventing them from getting too hot and painful. Also, once I can stay in the sauna until my core is warm, even the cold plunge pool feels refreshing. When I enter the cold plunge pool, my blood vessels constrict, and red mottled patterns (amami) appear on my skin. I then lie down in a reclining chair in a dreamy, blissful state, enjoying the feeling. I appreciate a timer service or something similar to help manage my time, as the limited time can be a bit of a concern. It would allow me to relax more comfortably. You need to bring your own hairbrush. Unfortunately, the noise from the adjacent gym is loud, so it's not a quiet experience, but they play music to drown it out.”
