“An experience. I hadn't been before and I loved it. You go into a cabin wearing gloves and boots provided by the center, a bathrobe, underwear, swimsuit, with your head outside, and standing up. It's freezing cold, yes, -130°C, and depending on your tolerance, it can get a little colder, always under the center's supervision. The body treatment is three minutes with intense dry cold; I managed it. The facial treatment is a bit gentler and more pleasant, about eight minutes, and much easier to tolerate. I really enjoyed it; my skin feels great afterward, and it makes a huge difference for aches and pains. But you have to be consistent. I'll definitely be back. Both Estela and Susana answer all your questions. They're attentive to you at all times.”
