“I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of infra-red sauna and cryotherapy from friends and various sources online, I was curious but sceptical, so I came in without expectations, just for the fun and adventure of doing something different, and it was a great surprise to feel amazing after the treatment sessions! The Cryotherapy was exhilarating, and the infra-red sauna was very relaxing experience, and my skin was gorgeous and glowing after it. The clinic is beautiful, which always adds up to a pleasant experience to go to beautiful places, and Simon and his team were super lovely answering all my questions. I will definitely 100% return! We all deserve our special treats days to feel wonderful! I’m so freaking happy and proud of myself that I finally experienced this!”
“I can’t recommend Dan highly enough\. I came to him with a thumb injury and, from the very first appointment, the service was outstanding\. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took the time to understand exactly what had happened, explained everything clearly, and recommended the treatments he believed would be most effective\. I’ve been having shockwave therapy twice a week \(I’ve just had my second session\) alongside daily cryotherapy, and the improvement in my thumb has been incredible\. The pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility has improved far more quickly than I expected\. As a hair extension specialist, my hands are essential to my work, and I was genuinely worried about how my injury would affect my career\. Thanks to Dan’s expertise and treatment plan, I truly believe he’s made it possible for me to continue doing the job I love\. Thank you, Dan, for your professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care\. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone considering cryotherapy or shockwave therapy.”
“I feel amazing during and after the red light sauna. Ending the treatment with a mineral shower. I definitely recommend this centre. Daniel is caring and knowledgeable. He clearly interested in clients health and wellbeing. Been her a few times and will make it part of my health care routine .”

Evidence & context
What research says about cold therapy
Recovery
Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.
Research base
Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
Limitations
Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
