“Amazing facilities and experience. Used the ice bath and was really good to help me in my recovery. The recovery facilities are top and staff are nice. Will defo be going back!”
“Amazing facilities and so easy to book! Have used numerous times and couldn’t recommend anymore. Even if your not as die hard fitness fanatic. You can come here just to relax and unwind. 10/10”
“10/10 – Absolutely brilliant, my favourite spot in Leicester! I’ve been coming here regularly now and I cannot recommend this place enough—honestly they deserve more than 5 stars! You can hire the whole spa privately which is perfect, and the couple who run it are just fantastic. So humble, down to earth, kind and welcoming from the moment you speak to them. Booking is super easy and straightforward, the prices are so reasonable for what you get, and the hygiene standards are exceptional—everything is spotless, clean and well looked after. They have everything you need: infrared sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi… pure relaxation! And I was so excited to see they’ve got brand new equipment and machines coming in too—they really keep improving and adding more for their clients. I tell everyone I know about them and I’ll keep recommending them to everyone. If you want a lovely, peaceful, private experience with wonderful people running it—this is the place to go!”
