“We’d been waiting for a spot like this in Krabi/Ao Nang for a long time—and it finally exists It’s tucked away in nature, super chill vibe. The ice baths are properly cold (and big + deep), there’s also a warm bath, plus both steam and dry saunas (80°C+). On top of that—great yoga sessions, massage, really good healthy food and shakes, and it’s right next to a Muay Thai gym/Internarional boxing stadium. We already love staying in this area at Baan Narapas, and this place is honestly a huge bonus now. Prices are okay—4000 THB (~100€) for a month, or 400 THB (~10€) for a day pass. Open until 10pm, and for what you get, definitely worth it imo. Every time we went, it wasn’t crowded (mornings/evenings). Staff speaks English, super attentive and friendly. Relaxing music in thr background, maybe even too relaxing and zen for my taste We’re adding this place to our new Krabi YouTube video—and really hope they make it through rainy season and keep this going long-term”
