★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (378 reviews)
“Renew is a cozy and peaceful recovery space, perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge their body. The location is convenient, the staff are warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is calm without the crowds. If you enjoy quiet spaces and value a moment of stillness for yourself, this is a wonderful place to recover after training or simply support your overall well-being. Highly recommended for anyone seeking rest, recovery, and a little time to slow down. Good foods”
“I had a fantastic experience here! Unlike other nearby spots, it feels private and never overcrowded. I visited during an International Women’s Day promotion where entry was free for women, but even their standard day pass is very affordable. As a Thai local, I really appreciated the staff—they were helpful, professional, and treated me with great respect. The facility is compact but perfectly equipped for a 'RENEW' session, featuring a sauna, steam room, hot and cold tubs, a pool, and an ice bath. It feels like a charming mini-resort and offers plenty of parking. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Maybe the best 500b you can spend on yourself is a day trip here. The place is super clean, staff are friendly, towels are provided and drinking water is free. Alternate between the sauna, cold pool, hot pool, steam room, swimming pool, ice baths and deck chairs. Wifi if you want to pass some time as well as a cheeky little bar and snacks. You will feel 100% alive when you finish.”
