Had the best time at ice bath Hawaii! Valeria done an amazing job! We started off with a breath work session and then did the ice bath! It was my first time and I absolutely loved it! It was such a cool experience! The location could have been picked better! We were at a dreamy beach looking towards Dimond head! Felt amazing afterwards! Would defo recommend going!

Valeria led a fantastic Ice Plunge session at Waikiki Beach, starting with calm breathing exercises. We started with breathing exercises to prepare us for the exciting plunge. The ice dip, though a bit scary at first, was made comfy with Valeria's help. Trying the suggested 3-minute dip was tough but worth it. After the dip, I felt a sudden burst of energy and a happier mood. It was like being on top of the world! Valeria's expertise and positive attitude made the experience great. I highly recommend it for a refreshing reset.

First time doing ice bath and I had an amazing experience with Valeria. We had a meditation and breath work to relax before the 3 min ice bath . The view of the beach is so beautiful, we could see Diamond Head Mountain. Highly recommend it.

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.
