★★★★★ 4.9 / 5 (30 reviews)
“Mtntop in Kailua became a favorite after just one visit! The 40° cold tub was incredibly refreshing, and the owners were so warm and welcoming. They were also extremely accommodating for our 8 and 10-year-old, which made the experience even better for the whole family. I loved the compression boots and the fun red light sauna, complete with relaxing music. Going from the sauna to the cold tub and then to the hot tub was amazing. Just bring a bathing suit, towel, and your love of everything! Plus, it's right across from Tradition Coffee!”
“I am in LOVE with this place. What an epic experience and such a beautiful facility and such friendly & amazing owners. It was super awesome to have soo many recovery options to do in any order you wish and not to mention how great I felt afterwards and relaxed/rejuvenated! This is the best place for anyone, especially if you’re an athlete and have sore / tired muscles. Highly recommend, this is a real treat for your self care regimen!!! Bravo to the owners for creating this incredible new spot that Kailua needs!!!”
“Tucked away behind an amazing mural and gym equipment is an amazing recovery center. Equipped with multiple sauna's and cold plunges, you can tailor your recovery to what you like. I've tried the various cold plunges (40d, 50d, and 60d F) and the 40 is definitely a huge challenge. For as many people that use this facility, it is amazingly clean and the staff is constantly working to keep this place so nice. There's a great ambiance and lighting that adds to the experience. The compression boots and zero gravity chairs are also an amazing addition to the space. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for some recovery!”
