“Many thanks to you, dear Kathrin, for this inspiring workshop! Thanks to your empathetic and loving manner, I was not only able to experience deep relaxation, but I am now also full of new energy and ready to tackle challenges with fresh vigor. Your positive aura and commitment made the day a very special experience. "Breath is your anchor" - I truly experienced that for the first time in the ice bath. Thank you for this valuable experience! I can only recommend the workshop to everyone; it's really worth it to embark on this unique experience! Sabine”
“I attended Kathrin's Wim Hof event on Feb 14th. It was simply wonderful. Kathrin welcomed me so warmly and created a wonderful atmosphere. I learned an incredible amount, and she brought a lot of joy and movement to the event. One of my highlights was the guided Wim Hof breathing, which was very powerful. Another highlight was the ice bathing at the end. An incredibly cool experience in the truest sense of the word. I highly recommend it.”
“I had the fortunate opportunity to go ice bathing with Kathrin, and I felt super comfortable with her from the very first second. She has such a calm yet powerful aura and guides you through the individual steps with such clarity that you feel wonderfully accompanied. Her manner quickly builds trust, and you feel absolutely safe with Kathrin. Thank you for the experience I was able to have with you! See you soon”
