“After using the C3 cooler including submersible pump for half a year, the pump unfortunately gave out – due to my own fault. This submersible pump could not be ordered separately via the webshop. After contacting Khione, I was told that the new pump had already been shipped to my home address. When I asked if the invoice would follow, I was told that it was part of the service and I didn't have to pay anything. What fantastic service! I never expected this, and I would have found it completely justified if an invoice had been included. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an ice bath and cooler, because the C3 cooler...
