“I cannot recommend O Studio enough! My recent visit was the perfect reset. We started with a session in the sauna and ice bath, which was incredible, followed by an hour of pure bliss in the recovery lounge with some lovely herbal tea. The staff are wonderful. so friendly, calm, and welcoming, which really sets the tone for the whole experience. We always leave feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and light. Such a fantastic spot for some well-deserved self-care!”
“I had my first wet float experience at O Studio Wellington and absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Karla and the team made me feel guided, supported, and completely comfortable. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day at mahi (and some sore legs from running). The private infrared sauna and plunge ice pool were an incredible combination. It left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and balanced. The space itself has such a calming, restorative energy, and you can really tell how thoughtfully it’s designed for recovery and relaxation (everything also smells amazing - including all of their soaps!) I’m excited to have found a place I can return to regularly to relax, recover, and enjoy some real stillness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reset their mind and body”
