“Fantastic spot! My new favorite place after a run on the waterfront. A real first class facility, the infrared saunas are high quality and the cold plungers will literally take your breath away.”
“I had an amazing experience at this sauna and ice bath spot! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and even offered me a free session when I couldn’t figure out how to book online! The sauna was beautifully maintained, with just the right level of heat and a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. The ice bath was intense (in the best way possible!) — super refreshing and invigorating. The contrast between the heat and cold left me feeling completely recharged, mentally clear, and physically energized. You can tell the business really cares about creating a high-quality wellness experience. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly — this place is a hidden gem!”
“I love the Infrared Saunas at RunPoneke. I use them for date night with my partner and for the same price as a round of drinks we get a private sauna for 45 mins. Will the owner is super helpful and friendly, very accommodating! Love the views of the city and boats from the suanas.”
