Recharge 2 Fitness (Cryocovery Recovery and Rejuvenation Services)

“One of Vancouver’s best kept Wellness secrets! My wife and I had an incredible experience at Regen Recovery. Faith helped us book a 90 minute private session and it was easily one of the best wellness style experiences we have done together. She was very kind and accommodating. The facility is spotless, calm and beautifully designed. Everything feels intentional and well run, from the layout to the small details that make the whole visit feel effortless. It is the kind of place where you relax the second you walk in. Sophie gave us a tour when we arrived and she was excellent. Warm, professional and very clear with her explanations. She made us feel comfortable right away and answered our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We did the private sauna and cold plunge room and loved it. The room felt private and comfortable and the whole session was the perfect reset. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already talking about when we will come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recover, de stress or just treat themselves to a genuinely well done experience. Five stars and we will be back.”

“I had a great experience at Regen! I went in for a DEXA scan and a full body assessment, and the entire process was smooth, informative, and professional. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling much more informed about my health and wellness goals. If you’re looking for a place to get a comprehensive look at your health metrics in a comfortable and supportive environment, I would definitely recommend Regen!”

“Went in for a Dexa Scan and also had a session with some compression boots. Every single staff member was very welcoming and polite. The lady that did my Dexa scan explained my results in a way that was very easy for me to understand and answered all my questions. The establishment was also clean, beautiful and very well designed. Would highly recommend anyone to come to here!”
