Marisa helped me out and she was really friendly and welcoming! The facilities are sleek and aesthetic (not to mention clean). I got an AI massage and did a session in the red light bed. I was a little nervous about getting a massage from a robot but it was great! It knew exactly where to go to hit all my knots and I liked being able to instantly change the pressure. The red light bed was super relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards

I visited Remedy Place for the first time and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the space felt like a gorgeous, tranquil sanctuary - beautifully designed, calming, and intentionally curated. I tried both the hyperbaric chamber and the communal contrast therapy, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. Everything felt thoughtful, seamless, and deeply restorative. The concierge team at Remedy Place is truly bar none - warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel supported and cared for throughout your visit. If you’re looking to experience the latest in wellness in an elevated, welcoming environment, I cannot recommend Remedy Place enough. This is a space I’ll absolutely be returning to.

I had a great first experience at Remedy place with the AI massage and sauna! The staff was highly knowledgeable, and the personalized service, especially from my concierge Katrina, was great. Since it was my first time, she gave me a quick, informative tour and explained the specific benefits of every service. Her insights genuinely persuaded me to book again and try another treatment! I left feeling amazing and will be scheduling my next session soon.

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
