★★★★★ 4.7 / 5 (30 reviews)
“I was curious about the sauna room at the Rinse studio, and thought I would give it a try. The staff were very welcoming. Not only was the sauna wonderful and relaxing, but there was also a cold plunge that I spontaneously decided to try! I'd never done a cold plunge before and I was a bit nervous but it was amazingly rejuvenating and I'm so glad I tried it. There are also comfy reclining chairs, a nice changing room, and delicious hot tea available for free. I would definitely go again!”
“The Hot Yoga class at Rinse was amazing! Annette was a wonderful instructor - her class was the perfect amount challenging as it was grounding & relaxing. The environment is so welcoming & calming. The staff are so friendly. I felt incredible afterwards & will definitely be back for more classes. Highly recommend trying out a class here!”
“I’m new to Halifax and I was looking for a new place to go for Pilates, Yoga, and sauna and cold plunges. My experience here at Rinse and Rest has been absolutely fantastic! The space is clean, well managed, great services, powerful classes (all levels!), friendly faces and all around helpful for all levels. I would highly recommend visiting the R Studio locations if you’re looking to get started. 5/5 no doubt.”
