The combination of three cold plunges at different temperatures, a warm plunge and sauna leaves you feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. It has become my happy place for my head, heart and soul. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel just like home. I also love the compression boots for tired legs and the delicious electrolyte drinks to stay hydrated. A huge bonus is that they provide swimwear, including shorts, so you can simply turn up as you are. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and recover. “Shelter by ReFormd at One Raffles Link is a refreshing wellness retreat tucked right in the heart of the city. From ice-cold plunges to a 90 °C dry sauna, salt pools and compression therapy, the facilities are thoughtfully designed to help you reset both body and mind. I visited this outlet for the first time post Singapore Marathon for a recovery session and was left feeling much lighter and my muscles much more relaxed. The ambience is minimalist yet inviting — a blend of concrete, warm wood and soft lighting that creates an instantly calming vibe. After just a few sessions, you can genuinely feel the difference: faster muscle recovery and a much-needed mental break from the daily bustle. It’s a shared space for males and females as well with 3 cold dips and one hot pool plus a sauna. A special shout-out to Ali and Jess — their professionalism, helpfulness and friendly demeanour consistently elevate the experience and totally made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Pricing feels fair for the quality, convenience and overall experience. Shelter is not just an occasional treat; it’s a space that fits naturally into a regular self-care routine. If you work in the city and need a restorative escape mid-week, they have 2-week packages for $130 or you can purchase a Day pass for $50. Walking distance from City Hall, Promenade or Esplanade. Really convenient!”

“Had a really great experience at Shelter by Reformed! The space is welcoming, the atmosphere is chill, and it’s a nice place to come for recovery and self-care. I’d definitely recommend checking it out, whether you’re coming on your own or with friends. One thing I love is the community they’ve built around wellness. Fun fact: they even have a run club every Wednesday! If you’re looking to meet like-minded people while staying active, go and join hehe. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back!”
