Hands down the best sports recovery spot I’ve been to! The space is massive and beautifully designed — you can tell a lot of thought went into it. They have everything you need: cold plunge, sauna, and the star of the show, the ultra cold therapy cabin. The cabin is a total game-changer. Instead of just soaking in cold water, it delivers cold therapy faster and in a much more bearable way. I’ve noticed a real difference in my muscle recovery and my overall pain levels since using it regularly — I can’t recommend it enough. What really sets this place apart is the vibe. There’s a huge screen where you can catch the World Cup and just relax at your own pace. I easily spent a few hours here without even realizing it. If you’re serious about recovery (or just want a luxurious way to take care of your body), this is THE place to go.

New wellness place in the east. Really nice and clean. attire is provided with nice shower facilities. They have cryo chambers too for an additional fee. Vlad was really friendly and walked through the various facilities as well.

Huge space, great facilities, and they even have a cryo chamber. Price is surprisingly cheap for what you get. Really good value. Tried the 3D body scan for the first time — super cool. Not crowded yet since newly opened. Will come back

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
