“This is such an amazing place! It feels more like a social wellness space than just a sauna. There’s a hot sauna (around 90°C) and ice baths at different temperatures — 3°C, 6°C, and 9°C — which is an incredible experience. The contrast feels amazing. What I really loved is the format: you can move at your own pace during the open hours, or join guided sessions where the team leads different practices like breathing exercises and other wellness rituals. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They don’t just work there — they really help create the whole atmosphere and gently involve you in the experience. There are also quiet hours if you just want to relax in silence, and more social hours if you feel like talking and connecting with people. It’s such a unique and well-thought-out place. I highly recommend visiting — I had a fantastic experience!”
“Amazing sessions! Every session is different. All great faciliators. And the interior.... wow. Incredible! They really put love and attention in every detail.”
“I'm impressed with this beautifully designed concept and had my first guided class today. Loved the experience! There is a very warm community feeling in the space and among the people who attended. I also enjoyed the music and overall layed back vibe. Congrats to the team and the great job they've done creating Ilo Studio”
