“This is such an amazing place! It feels more like a social wellness space than just a sauna. There’s a hot sauna (around 90°C) and ice baths at different temperatures — 3°C, 6°C, and 9°C — which is an incredible experience. The contrast feels amazing. What I really loved is the format: you can move at your own pace during the open hours, or join guided sessions where the team leads different practices like breathing exercises and other wellness rituals. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They don’t just work there — they really help create the whole atmosphere and gently involve you in the experience. There are also quiet hours if you just want to relax in silence, and more social hours if you feel like talking and connecting with people. It’s such a unique and well-thought-out place. I highly recommend visiting — I had a fantastic experience!”
