KOLD BCN

“The best contrast therapy and recovery center in Barcelona. I recently visited KOLD BCN and I’m absolutely amazed by the experience. The facilities are incredibly clean, modern, and have the perfect relaxing vibe. Their contrast therapy (switching between the hot sauna and the cold plunge) is the ultimate way to boost muscle recovery and reduce stress. The staff is super welcoming and guides you through the whole process, which makes it perfect whether you're a beginner or an athlete. If you are looking for the best wellness recovery studio in Barcelona for sports massage, ice baths, and relaxation, this is the place to go. 100% recommended, I'll definitely be back!”

“Impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff were superb. Value for money was also brilliant. Can’t provide enough praise, it’s a MUST visit for Barcelona.”

“Great sauna respecting Finnish traditions with a Harvia stove, and clean, well-maintained baths. The service was excellent and made me feel welcome now and in the future. If you bring jackets or large bags, the lockers and changing rooms can feel a bit tight when people enter and exit the same hour. I recommend bringing as few personal items as possible. The locker room floor becomes easily wet, which makes changing slightly uncomfortable. This could be improved with wooden panels or another flooring solution that matches the overall aesthetics. The contrast room is clean and tidy, though it falls just a little short of the cosy spa atmosphere it aims to create. Maybe more plants? The sauna temperature was around 85 °C and you’re allowed to pour water. There are two cold plunge options: 3–6 °C and 8–10 °C. Drinking water and a towel to sit on are provided.”
