“Great small gym! Has everything that I need plus wellness services which I love! The red ight therapy and infrared sauna is great! Even though the gym is small, it never really gets crowded. Everyone is quiet and respectful. The staff are super friendly: Everything is high quality and professional. Definitely worth the membership :)”

“Been a member of Innovative Health for 6 months now and have really loved it so far. While not as large as other gyms I've been to, it has all the machines one need for different workouts. I've rarely had to wait for access to a specific machine, and if I do, it's usually less than a minute or so. The staff has always been friendly, attentive, and very helpful anytime I had questions or needed assistance. They always make me and my partner feel welcome when we would visit to workout. I haven't really use the wellness center facilities much yet, other than the In-Body scan machine once a month to track my progress. But the process to apply my monthly credit to use it has always been smooth and effortless. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and definitely recommend it to all looking for a cozy gym to do your daily/weekly workouts in.”
