The facility itself is top-tier—the sauna and steam room are incredible, and the overall equipment is high-quality and well-maintained. This is the best gym in Seattle, Ballard, and surrounding areas. What truly sets this club apart, however, is their customer-focused approach. I had the pleasure of working with Chauna Brooks in member services, and she was absolutely amazing. She was thoughtful, empathetic, and worked with me to find a membership structure that actually fit my needs. It’s clear they value community and the well-being of their members over just 'making a sale.' If you’re looking for a supportive, professional, and well-equipped space for your routine, this is it!!!”
