“Ladata is the best sauna / cold plunge space in Porto, but I’d even say one of, if not the best in Portugal! Great facilities, care in every detail, from the space, to the drinks and changing rooms where even the moysturizers & products have been picked with intention. The whole team is outstanding: knowledgeable about the products they offer, friendly - falls short of how they really come across - and genuinely welcoming. It is a pleasure to come back again and again. And by the way - I have no affiliation with the brand :) it is my honest, heartfelt testimony.”
“The coolest place to hang out and feel refreshed. We were going to lunch in the area and saw it by chance. We had an amazing hour saunaing and plunging, we felt energised afterwards - we had a very nice date. The people are great, the facilities are clean and modern, loved it!”
“First of all, the administrator here is amazing - so positive, open, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything clearly and guided me through all the equipment. The place itself is modern and stylish. I didn’t expect to enjoy plunging into the ice tub after the sauna, but I tried it and actually loved it! I booked the 2-hour Energize package and tried several treatments in addition to the saunas and IceTube, including pressotherapy, an infrared mask, and vascular nerve stimulation. Everything was clearly explained, set up for me, and easy to use. Before coming, I had read a review where someone mentioned being shown different equipment and then asked to pay extra. I was a bit confused and slightly worried this might happen to me as well, but that was absolutely not the case. I paid in advance for my Energize appointment, and there were no extra charges at all. They provide robes and towels, and there’s a lovely selection of teas and snacks. I wouldn’t say the atmosphere is extremely serene or deeply relaxing, yet I relaxed a lot and will definitely come back!”
