MVMT Studio

“Beautiful space with incredibly kind and skilled teachers and a very positive atmosphere. I loved training here and it helped me be okay and more positive in daily life, too. Thank you for this beautiful experience . I highly recommend this studio if you're in Lisbon.”

“I want to leave a sincere review and say thank you to this studio. From the moment I walked in, I received a very warm welcome: the staff are polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel their care and attention to detail. I tried the disco sauna program and was completely delighted. The spacious, beautiful sauna, cool music, and lighting create a special atmosphere. A separate plus is the two cold plunge pools, which perfectly complement the experience. The changing rooms are very convenient: comfortable rooms, lockers with built-in locks — everything has been thought through. There is water, towels, a gym corner, and a large, stylish hall for group training. The interior is modern and aesthetic, and it's pleasant to be there. I also liked the café: healthy food, delicious dishes, and drinks—a great place to stay after a workout or sauna. All in all, it's a cool, multifunctional space: you can work out, relax, eat, and just have a good time. Thank you for such a high level of service. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to others.”

“Thanks to the studio I added a new dimension to my training which is working on flexibility, balance, body awareness. I realized that it helps greatly with my running, biking and swimming. My favourite classes are calisthenics, HIIT, bodyweight strength and yin and release. Sauna and cold bath at the studio are now part of my recovery routine.Teachers are passionate, competent and supportive. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Love the mvmt studio!”
