“I recommend O-Studio Takapuna as the best part of my day! From the incredible health benefits of Sauna and contrast therapy to the amazing friendly staff. It’s the just the best experience every single time I’m here for a session. It’s always so fresh and so clean, and nice and hot and chilly cold. Just the way it should be A special mention of the supportive, diverse and well being focused community that I’m honored to be a part of, as I’ve made friendships here with some incredible humans I wouldn’t have otherwise met. Thanks O-Taka, you’re the best”
“Tried a private infrared sauna and ice bath session, followed by a float. Perfectly lit haven for an afternoon of self-care, recovery and relaxation. The float room (rather than tank) is great - you can deprive your senses as much as you feel comfortable with. Arrive in plenty of time as parking can be limited. Lovely place - I'll be back.”
“I had a wonderful first time experience at the Takapuna branch of OStudio! My friend Tania Liggins organised a pass for me for the sauna. I was given a tour of the facility, one of the owners happened to be in the sauna at the same time so that added to the ambience of the interesting mix of people. Loved my time in the recovery space afterwards, was visiting from Christchurch, so it was an extra treat for me. Thank you.”
