“I can’t say enough about the staff and O-Studio state of the art facility. If you want to look after your general well being, need sporting recovery or are dealing with specific injuries or illness, you must check them out. I’m recovering from a serious accident that had me laid up in hospital for a month. Since starting at O-studio, I’ve had a pretty focussed program of red light, infrared sauna and flotation that has accelerated my recovery not only physically but has had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing. I am very grateful for these technologies and for O-Studio’s one stop wellness and recovery set up.”
“Beautiful premises, love the communal contrast therapy! Good price and good facilities with the variety of options in there. Staff are always lovely and friendly. Love the red light bed too but it's far too pricey to book it again - if it was $30-$40 per session I would be a regular.”
“Last week my husband and I experienced our first ever float session, a gift to ourselves for our 3rd wedding anniversary. It was amazing, truly a surreal experience, and my body fell into a relaxed state immediately. Not common for me at all. 10/10 I am doing it again! The staff (Kendal and Charlie), were super welcoming and knowledgeable about the float service, the studio was very clean and had all the amenities/products we needed for our float and I loved the cup of tea we had after the session. Thank you O-Studio Mount Maunganui Apologies if I misspelled names!”
