“I’ve just finished The Wellness Zone’s 10-day intro pack, which I used as a bit of a health reset before my birthday, and I absolutely loved it. Ali and her team are so welcoming and genuinely helpful, and the space itself is beautiful. The fit-out is stunning, the aesthetic is very on brand, everything is impeccably clean, and the whole experience feels thoughtfully put together. I mainly used the infrared sauna (which I love) but also really enjoyed trying the oxygen therapy, compression therapy, and red light therapy. The sauna room also has an ice bath for contrast therapy, and I can’t wait to come back and try the float pod when it opens. Ali even took the time to email me a personalised 10-day reset plan using their therapies and explained the benefits of each treatment, which I really appreciated. The intro offer is incredible value and such a great way to experience everything they have to offer, and feel the benefits of having regular treatments. As someone who loves wellness spaces and has visited a lot of high-end spas and treatment centres, I can honestly say The Wellness Zone is right up there with the best. The attention to detail, consistency, premium touches (I enjoyed the Sans Ceuticals products and Two Islands electrolytes), and its location right across from Papamoa Beach all make it a really special place. “Treatment centers can feel intimidating for me. But Ali is so inviting and has made me feel so comfortable in the space. I highly recommend the introductory offer. Ali will help you get the most out of it. I have an underlying health condition and the research around hyperbaric treatment is fairly new but promising. After 3 treatments I am already feeling symptom improvement. The hyperbaric pod is actually quite spacious and comfortable. Enough to hold my phone in front of me and take this photo comfortably. I'm pairing it with the red light therapy and using the time to do stretches and massage. My muscle pain has significantly improved.”
