Great experience, clean and easy to book. As mentioned the changing rooms are tiny and unrealistic to the amount of people in the sauna. Write your pin code on your hand in waterproof ink or eyeliner before you go, as you are in and out of coded areas often. Would recommend this being the last thing you do in your day, so you can get back to your accomodation for a warm shower and to be able to dry off properly.

It is a nice small sauna spot in the city with amazing view especially for those who want to experience sauna and cold plunge :) The sauna is modern and clean, everything is simple yet does its jobs, and most importantly the slots are not crazily overbooked. Many people in the review complained about the changing room, but come on if you are looking for big changing room with nice hot shower, you should go for spa resort instead. Would recommend this place for an artic sauna & plunge experience!

Clean, quiet, brand new facility. Fantastic view. The staff Jana is very patient, kind and helpful, she explained how to take the sauna as a beginner, and kept reminding me to drink water to avoid dehydration. Great experience, highly recommend!!

Evidence & context

What research says about cold therapy

Recovery

Reviews of whole-body cold therapy mostly show effects on perceived muscle soreness and recovery after intense exercise. The evidence base is heterogeneous and samples are often small.

Research base

Studies describe short-term effects on pain perception and mobility. Results are inconsistent and robust long-term data is largely missing — a therapeutic benefit is not established.

Limitations

Cold therapy does not replace medical treatment. Effect, dosage and frequency vary individually — pre-existing conditions require medical clearance beforehand.
